Phase 01 / collapse stabilization
Triage
Triage is for the man in collapse. The objective is not to rebuild everything. The objective is to stop the bleeding without destroying what remains.
This phase exists for freefall moments: divorce, betrayal, bankruptcy pressure, burnout, relapse, career collapse, identity fracture, or any condition where the man’s operating system can no longer carry normal life demands.
01
Entry condition
Active collapse, overload, emotional disorientation, loss of basic structure, or a situation where major decisions feel urgent but the man’s system is not stable enough to make them cleanly.
02
The wrong prescription
Motivation, public accountability, aggressive routines, big goals, new identity statements, and dramatic life overhauls. These assume capacity the man does not currently have.
03
The directive
Reduce input. Protect sleep. Stop accelerants. Hold one stabilizing action. Make no major identity, money, relationship, or career decisions while the system is still bleeding.
What is happening underneath
The internal mechanics of Triage
A phase is not a mood. It is a structural condition. The system looks beneath the visible behavior and asks what architecture is producing it.
01
Overload has exceeded capacity
The man is not failing because he lacks character. His system is carrying more emotional, relational, physical, financial, or structural load than it can process.
02
Decision quality is compromised
In collapse, urgency feels like clarity. It is not clarity. It is nervous-system pressure trying to escape discomfort.
03
Self-trust is damaged
The man does not rebuild self-respect through insight. He rebuilds it through one kept promise repeated quietly.
04
Inputs are accelerants
Advice, noise, conflict, scrolling, alcohol, compulsive messaging, and panic research can all intensify collapse.

Signals
Signs a man is in Triage
These are not labels to shame the man. They are signals that tell the system what must be addressed first.
Emotional shutdown
Numbness, anger, grief waves, anxiety, shame, or the sense that nothing lands clearly anymore.
Basic structure failure
Sleep is broken. Food is inconsistent. The day has no clean edges. Small tasks feel heavier than they should.
Compulsive escape
Scrolling, drinking, gambling, messaging, pornography, binge eating, overworking, or any behavior used to avoid the current state.
Urgent decision pressure
A strong pull to send the message, quit the job, chase closure, prove something, or make a life-changing move immediately.
Protocol
The Triage operating protocol
The objective is not to consume more advice. The objective is to install the next correct layer of structure.
01
Stop the bleeding
Remove the obvious accelerant first. The message. The bottle. The late-night scrolling. The argument. The financial avoidance. The behavior that makes tomorrow worse.
02
Anchor the body
Sleep window. Water. Walk. Basic food. Shower. Clean clothes. Triage begins with the physical base because the mind cannot stabilize while the body is in disorder.
03
Shrink the decision field
No major decisions. No dramatic announcements. No public rebuilding. Only the next controllable action.
04
Install one kept promise
Choose one action so small it can survive collapse. Hold it daily. Self-trust returns through evidence.
Diagnostic direction
Do not self-diagnose from pride or panic.
A collapsed man often wants to jump forward. A drifting man often pretends the leak is not serious. A stabilized man may still carry an untested weakness in one pillar. The diagnostic exists to remove the performance layer and identify the correct entry point.

Use Triage correctly.
Triage works only when it is used for the correct condition. Read the system, run the diagnostic, and move with sequence instead of emotion.
